Initial Consultation* by phone or in person, either locally or long-distance, with the bride and groom–to-be.
The Where
Meet with banquet managers to tour facilities and review catering menus and allied services. Investigate alternate venues (museums, public gardens, cruise ships) for the couple’s consideration.
The How
Negotiate the best prices with vendors. Review contracts in detail with the couple before signature. Schedule appointments or demo visits for the bride and groom with vendors. Escort the bride and/or groom to appointments, if desired.

Rehearsal Dinner
Hotel reservations for guests
Honeymoon reservations for couple
Limousines
Baker (wedding cake)
Florist
Photographer
Band or D.J.
Hair and/or make-up stylists
Entertainers

The When
Create and maintain a timeline keeping all parties on schedule. Co-ordinate any and all events along the timeline from initial planning to the wedding day.
Personal co-ordination, if desired, of the entire wedding day from morning hair and make-up appointments to the cutting of the wedding cake.
